Vintage Escada Margaretha Ley Blue & White Dress Peter Pan Collar a shrug jacket or wrapThis is a really fun vintage 1990's Escada short sleeve black dress with ivory trim and black and white striped piping. The lower portion of skirt is beautifully pleated and the waist is gently gathered. We always love Escada buttons and these are black and white leather on gold tone metal and they provide closure for the front and are decorative on the 4 front pockets. This dress was made in Germany of 54% Acetate and 48%Silk. We estimate that it
