The dress is made of an acetate nylon and viscose blend stretch velvet with sheer polka dotted chiffon handkerchief hem panels at the bottom. The dress has a low v back and long sleeves and I would estimate it to be a modern day US size 6 8 but it can be worn tighter. This dress is in excellent condition and is ready to wear! BUST: From 34
