Iris dabashanensis Moraea We are of yet uncertainWe are thrilled to offer the very rare, South Central Chinese native Iris dabashanensis, which looks far more like an evergreen ornamental grass than an iris. It's a story of confusion, however, that goes back to the 1800s. For years, this iris was cultivated by collectors as Iris henryi, but it turned out to be incorrectly identified and was actually an un named species, hailing from the alkaline soil woodlands of Daba Mountain. Thanks to the work of
