Constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered silver aluminum wire wreathed mobile swastika flanked by a pair of wings, unmarked, measuring 110 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue throughout, a scarce example issued to higher ranks of Luftwaffe civilian personnel, including base firefighters and equipment operators, in uniform removed and better than very fine condition.
