Features a replacement "contour style" front sight and the iconic "flat top" rear sight. The serial number is 96406A denoting the year of manufacture as 1882. The engraving on top of the barrel is mostly clear: WINCHESTER'S REPEATING ARMS. NEW HAVEN, CT.
