Constructed of off white card stock with gilt and black ink, promoting Forstassessor Herbert Eberbach to Forstrat (Forest Councillor) citing his status as a lifelong civil servant, issued in Berlin on 22 May 1939, certified by a facsimile signature of AH and handwritten signature of Hermann Gring in his capacity as Reichsminister of Forestry, measuring 25. 5 cm (w) x 35. 5 cm (h) and concealed within its original card
