Manufactured by Gentex this is a HGU 55 P pilot's flight Hard shell helmet of grey plastic, the edges trimmed with padded grey leather and featuring external white metal housings either side for fitting the oxygen mask metal bayonet clips. Inside, the helmet is lined with black padded fabric that originally included padded ear telephones (absent). A chinstrap of black nylon is fitted, secured either side of the
