A Water Customs Official’s Visor Cap Insignia, by Klein & Quenzer consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac 1429 by Felipe III(Wasserzoll Mtzenabzeichen). Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse consisting of a central tri colour cockade situated within a Customs style leaf wreath, the reverse retaining all original attachment prongs, maker marked with the logo of Klein & Quenzer, Idar Oberstein, measuring 60 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in near mint condition.
