The 2010 is 70% Cabernet Sauvignon

Not sure I would keep this for 10 years more – as it has a delicate balance between gaining additional complexity and a possible loss of fruit and freshness

It could have used a good 2 hour decant, as the tannins are still very much present. It has many more years left. 6 5 2020 92 CellarTracker Full and rich. Silky with dark berries. A little funk on mid palate dissipates soon enough. Mouth coating with a good finish. In a good place now and should be able go a few more years. 12 20 2018
