In silver gilt, consisting of a hexagram star with ball finials, obverse centre presenting a Lilies Cross overlaid with a Latin Cross, adorned by hollow Royal Crown, reverse featuring a plain field, makers mark on ring with indecipherable French stamping, measuring 51 mm (w) x 88 mm (h inclusive of crown and horizontally pierced ball suspension), on mid 20th Century silk sash, very fine.
