A First World War period postcard, featuring a black and white photograph of a English tank that was captured by the German Army and painted with Iron Crosses, then later re captured by the British, who are pictured sitting on the reclaimed tank, the reverse presents handwriting in pencil stating ENGLISCHER TANK IN DEUTSCHER and an illegible word, measuring 13. 8 cm (w) x 8. 7 cm (h), and in very fine condition.
