It has a body of dark blue wool with a black woven wool cap band. Center of cap features a bullion wire embroidered Japanese Naval Anchor insignia surrounded by Laurel leaves and white Chrysanthemum on top. The black leather visor is in excellent condition retaining its shape without distortion and minor crazing. The interior is lined in black cloth
