Cobalt Sponged Mug - Pink Shape:Contemporary Inspired by idol (David Bowie)Stoneware mug thrown on the wheel in an off white clay with a handle attached by hand. Bisque fired once when dry, stamped, waxed, coated in a pink glaze and sponged with cobalt oxide. The piece is then placed back in the kiln for its final 1230 degree centigrade glaze firing.
