Vera Maxwell was an important American designer from the 1930's through the 1970's and her 1950's pieces are some of my favorites! This vintage dress is in ivory with black polka dots and has a full pleated skirt and a wrap top. It was purchased at Lord & Taylor in the 1950's and is in excellent condition!
