A large national flag pennant, constructed of a red cotton rayon blended cloth base, overlaid by double sided white discs measuring 32. 5 mm in diameter, in turn bearing dyed black mobile swastikas, the hoist edge featuring a hollow channel for the addition of a suspension apparatus, one corner of the hoist edge bearing a stamp of STADTVERWALTUNG KANDEL (a collective municipality in the Rhineland Palatinate region), measuring 83 cm (l) x 52
