Designer Vintage Dress in Layered Navy Blue Silk Chiffon w/ White Trim Valentino Suit Body is lined and theLate 1970's or early 1980's assumed couture vintage dress in navy blue silk chiffon with white trim. The dress was originally purchased at Martha Boutique, and has 4 layers of sheer chiffon rectangles on either side over a solid blue underdress. The sleeves zip at the cuffs and appear to effortlessly fit into the design as if they are one of the tiers. The dress buttons up the front with hexagonal buttons and is truly an exceptional piece. This dress
