A lovely breast star, likely of French manufacture, in silver, presenting a large faceted Maltese cross with ball finials and small Gold set Maltese arms with red enamel details in the center of each arm, faceted fleur de lis in each quadrant, the obverse medallion presents the cypher of Charles III surrounded by a green enamel wreath and a blue enamel
