1980s Victor Costa Pink Dress w Black Bows and Tulle Flapper style Read Lisa's blog post aboutThis is a pretty pink strapless vintage Victor Costa dress that was purchased at Bergdorf Goodman in the 1980's. It has boning or "stays" in the bodice, and two black bows at the waist that have beads hanging from the center. The pretty full skirt has three layers of black tulle and a short layer of pink tulle for added fullness under two layers of pleated pink tulip "petals". The dress is made of cotton and acetate moire matte satin and is lined in
