Page one states that the uniform issue certificate belongs to Wachtmeister (Sergeant equivalent) Rausch of the 13th Battery of Flak Regiment 29. Page two and three state which uniform items Rausch has been issued on December 1, 1938. Page four, Rauschs measurements, has been left blank.
