It has a wide waistband with an attached fabric sash belt, and purple buttons down the front. The skirt has sewn in pleats, hip slit pockets, and hits below the knee. Marked as size 40, we estimate it to fit a modern day size 8 10. WAIST: 28" HIPS: up to 44" LENGTH: 29"
