猪肾１只，人参、当归身各１５克。先将人参、当归洗净，装入纱布袋内，扎紧袋口，放在砂锅内，加入清水适量，浸泡２小时。剖开猪肾，挖去白色筋膜和臊腺，清洗干净，放入砂锅内一并加热清炖。先用武火煮沸，再用文火过煮３０～４０分钟。捞出猪肾，待冷后切成薄片，酌加适量酱油、醋、香油、姜丝、蒜末等调料。吃腰片，喝汤。
