Constructed of bronze, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with pebbled arms, the quadrants joined by Luftwaffe eagles clutching mobile swastika, with a central raised mobile swastika within dual rings, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 55. 25 mm (w) x 55. 28 mm (h), weighing 26. 2 grams, in extremely fine condition.
