Purchased in the late 1960's or early 1970's, this is a versatile, easy to wear wool plaid skirt with navy blue trim. This vintage skirt is in excellent condition and was made by Pendleton in Portland, Oregon. We paired it here with a vintage 1950's red cashmere sweater from Lazarus sold separately. Fits 28" waist and is 40
