Very unusual piece with much of the variscite altering from green to yellow

Dimensions at widest points approximately 105 mm x 90 mm x 70 mm deep

It comes from a different locality about 170 kilometres from the well known Brockman/ Marra Mamba tiger eye

Polished Magnesite specimen. MAP171 serpentine Very unusual piece with muchMAP171. Magnesite (Lemon chrysoprase) rough rock, cut and polished on one side with a natural back. Chalcedony grading into silicated magnesite. Dimensions at widest points approximately 100 mm x 75 mm x 27 mm thick. Weighs 369 grams. The subtle lime green colouration is caused by the presence of nickel mineralisation. From Eucalyptus, north of Kalgoorlie , Western Australia.
