The inside lining is golden tan nylon and the top layer is a mesh cheetah printed fabric. The sleeves have a split in the center of the underarm with a sky blue trim. The belt is attached in front, crossing and wrapping around to tie in front at the waist. The sleeves are 3 4 length. Made in California. We estimate this would best fit
