There is an internal crack in the glass at the top (see images) but this does not affect the wonderful look and feel of the bottle

I love the contemplative look of the subject as one person described her as "Elizabeth Taylor meets a porcelain doll." It is in a rustic condition with the paint peeling off in parts, which adds an unusual and gorgeous feel to it too. It somehow adds to the evocative feel of the portrait.
