Otto Baum (15 November 1911 18 June 1998) was a high ranking commander (Oberfhrer) of the Waffen SS during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords of Germany. This is a lovely print of Otto Baum by Ren Hayes which is signed by Hayes and numbered 17 100. It is signed by Baum to the left of his face. This print appears to have been framed before and is still
