This is an original "Bostonian" model U. S. Navy Officer's Visor cap in summer Khaki issue color, was made for BOSTON UNIFORM COMPANY, INC., as marked on the top strap. The sweatband is embossed with Bostonian in gold, and there is still a faded paper tag on the back with the size 7 3 8. The cap still has the original size tag with the same size marked. The front of the cap has a stamped officer's Eagle badge over brass
