1970s Bill Blass Vintage Brown Circle Print Silk Dress w/ Velvet Ribbon Trifari funnel necklineThis is a beautiful long dress by Bill Blass purchased at Neiman Marcus in the 1970's. The bodice has an overlay of lovely textured starbursts and large polka dots made of sheer silk. The body of the dress is in what feels like a lightweight wool crepe blend, and it is lined with a army green brown silk, but the sleeves are unlined, which allows the circles of silk on the arms to be sheer. The dress has a narrow band of bronze brown velvet just below
