1950s Pell Silver Pinwheel Brooch w/ Rhinestones and Marquise Cut Rhinestones Cocktail Napkins The jacket has ¾ lengthThis is a beautiful vintage Pell pinwheel shaped vintage brooch from the 1950's. It has curved and pointed silver arms encrusted with rhinestones and surrounded by various shapes of marquise boat cut gems. Then center cluster of rhinestones forms a flower shape. This brooch is marked PELL on the back. It is missing one small rhinestone in the center 2. 5" at widest point
