A City Of Madrid Municipal Traffic Police Star Archive marked "P A"Spain: Four piece construction, three bronze insignias incorporating red, white, blue, green, yellow and black enamels, mounted to a silvered brass base with eighteen rays, unmarked, 67 mm x 67. 8 mm, vertical pinback flanked by dual prongs, chipping evident in the blue, white and yellow enamels on the City of Madrid coat of arms, crown at the top slightly loose, repair evident on the catch on the reverse, better than very fine.
