A State Forestry Service brocade and buckle, the latter constructed of field grey wool with a rigid buckram core, topped on the obverse with a layer of silver aluminum wire, in turn bearing dual machine embroidered dark green tresses, one end stitched into a loop for the accommodation of an integral aluminum loop, the opposite end stitched into a loop for the accommodation of a buckle, similarly constructed of aluminum,
