Traditional fringed die stamped brass shoulder epaulettes, designed and worn on the uniform of the Regia Marina, three rings stripes denote the rank of Capitano di Corvetta with white metal badge bearing the royal monogram of Victor Emmanuel III thereby denoting officers of the general Staff or the Port Authorities Corps, with purple velvet under padding, maker marked UNIONE MILITARE ROMA, missing one rank insignia, otherwise very fine.
