In silver, a Maltese cross with purple enamelled arms and ball finials, between each arm is a large silver monogrammed L, the obverse medallion presents a large silver rose with five petals and in the center sits a handpainted blue swallow standing on a golden star on a red enamelled field, surrounded by the inscription FIDELITER SINE TIMORE 1906 (Loyal Without Fear), the
