This helmet is a nice but worn example and still retains its original WW2 parts and the shell has some original "corked" grain paint

This is a very nice Cold War era Soviet Ensign (Flag) of Auxiliary Vessels of the Soviet Navy. This design was previously known as the "Ensign of auxiliary and harbor vessels of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army's naval forces" from 1935 to 1950. It was then known as the "Flag of auxiliary vessels of the fleet (flotilla) support command" from 1950 until 1964. This was not uncommon. as over time nomenclature changes
