The dress is fitted black silk with a yellow satin band at the waist, and there is a lace overlay with scalloped edge that is more loosely fitted through the bodice, creating a blousy effect. The dress is in excellent condition and I estimate it to be a modern day US size 6. Please use the measurements as a guide for the best fit!
