She developed her career singing mostly in Germany, and created the role of Octavian in the world premiere of Richard Strauss's Der Rosenkavalier in 1911, among other roles. Autograph letter signed, 4 pages, written in French, sold untranslated. Each page is 4 x 6. 25 pages, in excellent condition.
