This Art Deco ring holds three central Transitional Round Brilliant Cut diamonds set in 14k, set within a platinum openwork mounting with more diamonds and sapphire simulant accent stones. The three central diamonds in the boxes were added later, likely in the 1940's and it's possible that they are the original center diamonds that were recut at the time to the more modern Round
