The reverse of the the badge is marked with the "Circle H" mark of rare maker Jack Heller, over a STERLING marking. This definitely one of the less common makers seen, and only made these wings during WWII. The wings have a lovely pin back, which is fully functional, and the silver has tarnished to a lovely
