Constructed of lemon yellow wool, the obverse with twisted, flat, and rolled silver aluminum bullion wires in the shape of a single gull with an oak leaf bushel at the base, with additional embroidery to give the leaves definition, all four sides edged by twisted silver aluminum bullion braid, with a standard buckram core, each measuring approximately 40 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), unissued, and in extremely fine condition.
