Denmark, Kingdom. An Order Of Dannebrog, I Class Grand Cross Sash certificate_of_authenticity wearing the Pour-le-Merite(Dannebrogordenen). Instituted in 1671. A fine early 20th century sash, fabricated from silk, incorporating a decorative moir pattern, with a wide white field flanked by red stripes on either side, a band with a silvered loop sewn in place near the bottom end for the placement of the badge, measuring 102 mm wide x 830 mm in length, vibrant colours, intact stitching, extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of the Dannebrog is a Danish order of chivalry
