An EM NCOs overseas field cap, constructed of dark grey wool twill. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side panels, and adorned along the crown with a band of dark blue threaded piping. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia in the form of a dark grey wool backer bearing a silver grey machine embroidered Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, measuring 75 mm (w) x 40 mm (h).
