A cross crosslet constructed of silver and multi coloured enamels, the centre bears the cipher CI (Carol I), encompassed by a blue enamel border inscribed IN FIDE SALUS (SAFETY IN FAITH) with three stars at the bottom, encompassed by another border of green enamel oak leaves, the cross arms are in blue enamel, an eagle with outstretched wings lay in the quadrants between the arms, the reverse centre bears the
