This is a very scarce USMC uniform from the Spanish American War era, a Model 1898 Khaki tropical uniform tunic. This Uniform dates from 1898 1904 period, and was first fielded by Marines in Cuba during the Spanish American War. This has features of an early coat such as the small pocket flaps and early brass domed buttons (all marked PIPPY CO NY). The tunic has a stamped name on the interior collar, which we can
