This is a tremendous unissued grey wool shirt, one of the early WWI patterns and far less common than the OD green shirts. This example was never worn or washed, and still retains the original makers tag, which we never see on these. They were manufactured by F. Jacobson & Son in a June 29th, 1917 contract for the New York Depot. The shirt is in fantastic condition with all buttons retained. The tag under the collar
