The coat is from the late 1940's or early 1950s and has side slit pockets, black silk piping and is a swing style. It's almost impossible to find coats made as well as these today and the fabric is so luxurious. The coat is open in the front and has a shawl collar. This is great to wear over any black tie or cocktail dress. It is in great condition, just a few minor rubs
