The owner was a buyer for Best Department Store in the 1940s and 1950s and this skirt was saved with the Adrian dresses. Although the only label is one that indicates "FRONT", it must have been made by an important designer or she would not have saved it. The only other item that wasn't labeled ADRIAN from this
