Prussia, Kingdom. A Gift To Carl Prince Of Prussia From The Shooters Guild Of Treuenbrietzen, C.1862 Newly Listed Award document (19th May 1943)(Medaille). A gilded silver medallion, the obverse centre presents an eagle with outstretched wings, surrounded by the collar of the Order of the Black Eagle, bordered by a ring inscribed CARL PRINZE VON PREUSSEN D. SCHTZENGILDE Z. TREUENBRIETZEN 1862, surmounted by the imperial crown, the reverse presents a maker mark SY & WAGNER, BERLIN, 750, measuring 91 mm (w) x 103 mm (h), and in near very fine condition.
