We acquired this dress and bolero from the niece of a woman who owned magnificent clothing from the 1920's and 1930's

The shoes are in a nice leather and appear to have never been worn

Pretty covered buttons up the front of the dress and a fabric belt cinches the waist

and a tulle flounce below the waist
