The dress has a scoop neckline and long sleeves with dark blue fabric knotted buttons. We love the tiered lace panels with slits beginning around the hip mid thigh. CONDITION: Fair Good as with most of these dresses, there are several breaks to the lace. If you repair them, the dress is very wearable.
